Your growler of Hillcrest Real Ale (optional) A full 64 ounces of Brian's handcrafted real ale — brewed on the premises from his own recipe using traditional British brewing methods learned during his ten years as a dual American and British citizen living in England. Pour yourself a proper pint in a genuine 20 ounce imperial pint glass. This ale cannot be bought anywhere else in the world.

If your group includes guests who do not drink alcohol — no problem at all. Choose the non-alcoholic version of the pub experience and the growler is replaced with additional drink options at no extra cost.

The complete drinks bar — included for everyone Hot drip coffee with cream and sugar. Selection of teas — black, green, herbal — with proper tea cups and a kettle. Bottled still and sparkling water. Standard soft drinks — cola, lemon-lime, ginger ale, root beer. Proper glassware for everything. Set up at the bar for self-serve throughout the evening.

Everyone in your group has something they actually want to drink. That is hospitality done properly.

Your hearty meal in the chafing dish A complete hot meal waiting on the bar in a proper chafing dish — kept at perfect temperature for self-serve dining at your own pace. Rotating menu options including lasagna, chicken parmesan, pot roast, roasted chicken with vegetables, or stuffed shells. Sourced from our trusted local providers and arranged beautifully for the pub setting. Specify your preference when you book.

The cheese and charcuterie welcome board A locally sourced cheese and charcuterie plate professionally arranged on a wooden serving board waiting at the carved bar when you arrive. Fresh bread and crackers alongside.

Your private pub sound system and big screen TV A large flat screen TV and a full stereo sound system are set up and ready for your evening. Four speakers fill the indoor pub with sound — two more carry it out to the screened porch bar so the music follows you inside and out.

Put the game on. Stream your playlist. Watch a movie by the fireplace. Cast directly from your phone via Chromecast — open your app, tap the cast icon, and you are in control of the screen for the whole evening. Netflix, ESPN, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube — whatever your group wants.

The porch bar — your outdoor room Step through the pub onto the screened porch bar — a full outdoor bar setup overlooking the West Virginia hills. Bar stools, string lights, the sounds of the forest. Whether you want the intimacy of the historic indoor pub or the open air of the porch bar — both are yours for the evening.

BYOB welcome — completely optional Want to bring your own beer, wine, or spirits? Welcome. The bar is fully equipped with glassware and ice. Don't want to bring anything? Equally welcome. The complete drinks bar — coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks — is included regardless.

We recommend stopping at Squids Brewery in Weirton for craft beer if you choose to BYOB — but it is completely optional and the experience is genuinely complete without alcohol of any kind.

Four speakers fill the room with sound that is full and warm without overwhelming conversation. Put the match on while the fire glows. Stream your playlist while dinner comes out of the chafing dish. The room works beautifully either way.

Outside — The Screened Porch Bar A fully equipped outdoor bar on the screened porch overlooking the West Virginia hills. Bar stools. String lights. Open air. The West Virginia forest all around you.

Two outdoor speakers carry the sound from the pub system out to the porch — so your music or your game audio follows you outside without missing a beat. Move between inside and outside as the evening takes you. Both spaces are yours.
